Where we ship

We currently ship to the countries listed during checkout, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges are always clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times

• Netherlands and Belgium: 3–6 business days
• Rest of the European Union: 5–10 business days
• Other countries: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, carrier disruptions or public holidays.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@steadyorder.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
